Andy McClain

Q: What is your favorite vacation destination?
AM: Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Q: How would you like to be remembered?
AM: For having a great, full head of hair

Q: If you weren't doing you present job, what would you be doing?
AM: Fly Fishing Guide

Q: How do you like to relax?
AM: Tying flies or chasing red fish.

Andy grew up in Raleigh. His youth was spent hunting, catching crawfish, and in general staying as far away from video games and television as possible. This upbringing forged a deep respect for the natural world and as an adult, he's channeled that appreciation into his hobbies: hunting and fly fishing. When he's not holding a fly rod or a duck, he can be found helping others.

Q: If you weren't doing your present job, what would you be doing?
CW: Writing my first novel

Q: Have your read a book that changed your life?
CW: For Whom the Bell Tolls by Ernest Hemingway

Q: What is something almost no one would guess about you?
CW: I've lived in 5 states, 2 countries, and traveled to 3 continents.

Clark hasn't started writing her first novel, but she's found an outlet for her literary dreams via Yelp Reviews: impeccably drafted documentations of her dining experiences that would make her favorite writer, Hemingway proud. This attention to detail carries into her office life as well. Her unbridled work ethic, dedication to the industry and leadership skills make her a valuable asset to the team.

Q: What did you want to be when you grew up and why?
DH: I never planned to “Grow Up”, I still don’t!

Q: If you could build your house anywhere, where would it be?
DH: On a boat.  I would love to just always be on the water.

Q: If you weren’t doing your present job, what job would you be doing?
DH: I don’t really care what the job is.  I care about the people I spend my time with at the job.  I like teams.  I just want to be on the best team!

Drew is a Raleigh native, graduating from Broughton High School and then NC State University (with a brief stint in Wilmington). When he's not steering the ship you will likely find him steering an actual ship, riding waves or helping save the planet through his active participation at Coastal Conservation of America or Hilltop Home. Drew never planned to grow up and still doesn't, but a youthful spirit and positive attitude are qualities that transcend age and continue to boost office morale.

Q: How do you like to relax?
HS: By doing physical labor outdoors.

Q: What is your ideal night out?
HS: Cooking on a charcoal grill with friends.

Q: How would you like to be remembered?
HS: As having helped others

A Campbell University grad and self professed charcoal grill aficionado, when Haynes isn't in the office or hanging out with his wife Katie, you'll likely find him hunting, fishing, or throwing a tennis ball for his beloved Boykin Spaniel. If you suspect he needs to relax, subtly hint at any yard work or home improvement projects you need help with. He leads by way of example, a classy guy who consistently over delivers.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Ronnie has many a tale to tell although they aren’t tales in his case.  Whether it be his hunting camp in North Carolina, an elk hunt in South Dakota, or eyeing ducks in Argentina, there is nowhere Ronnie would rather be than in the outdoors.  Ronnie has provided his continued support, industry knowledge, and experience to be a pillar for the whole team at Bagwell & Bagwell.
